Are Heels Really As Evil As Doctors Make Them Out To Be?
High heels are often demonized by doctors as being a distater for a woman’s posture and more importantly, as putting a tremendous strain on her back and knees. While this is true, it must not be forgotten that there is no harm in wearing them some of the time, provided that you alternate between high heels and flats, for example.
In these health and safety obsessed times, you might even say pashminas are dangerous if they cause a woman to become too hot(!). You can put a spin on anything as being “dangerous”.
In addition, small heels are actually very good, from a purely medical point of view. They really fit the natural shape of the foot and help put the weight of the body in the right places. They also help with the cirulatory system in your legs, so that your legs feel less tired at the end of the day. Last, but not least, they’re is the sheer beauty of it. Indeed, there’s nothing like a pair of heels to immediatly give you a more feminine stride, and a better posture.
