Reason for Hair Loss
Good looks are always appreciated by one and all. Good features, perfect body, beautiful hair is what we mainly desire. Talking about hair, your hairs act as an important factor when it comes to your looks.
It’s not easy to maintain your hair, especially with your busy schedule and so much pollution around. Hair loss has become a very common problem be it in men, or women. The reasons for hair loss are many, but some of them are very prevalent. Let us check some of them:
1. Pollution – When exposed to pollution, dust, smoke, etc. Your hair starts losing the shine and nutrition. Problems like split ends and dandruff start arising which leads to decrease in hair growth and increase in hair fall.
2. Dietary Cause – You can also experience hair fall when you don’t have a balanced diet and are into habit of eating lot of junk food. If you do not take a balanced diet you won’t get the required minerals and vitamins for hair growth.
3. Stress – Lot of stress can also lead to hair loss. The more the stress out you are the more will be the hair fall.
4. Diseases – Hair loss can also happen in case you are suffering from diseases like rapid weight loss, thyroid or iron deficiency, etc. You might have zinc deficiency and not getting enough of the amino acid lysine which could lead to hair loss. At times deficiency of vitamins that promote hair growth can also be the cause of hair growth
5. Use of chemicals- Excessive usage of chemical products also harms your hair in turn leading to hair fall.
There can be various other reasons for you suffering from hair fall and it would vary from individual to individual. No matter what the reason be, it is always advisable to consult a doctor as he can give you the best solution.
