Then Some Bananas

This is totally cool. I buy this every week because it’s a staple here at the apartment. We all drink this. My fave recipe is chocolate strawberry. I make this on weekends. For everyday, I just add some low fat milk then some bananas.

This is now something I cannot live without. I often drink this because it makes me so much healthier. I cannot imagine my breakfast without this. I get all my nutrients from it and it really makes my tummy very flat. I am content with this and I do not care for other shake powders!

Realizing We Have to Start Exercising Again

My husband and I want to start an exercise program as it had been a long time since we last went to a gym. We used to be gym buffs when we were still single, but after getting married, we found little time to be able to do this. Over the last 3 years, we did not mind how we were getting much heavier as we thought it was normal since we were in a married state already. The abdominal belt, for me, appears to be a redundant phrase. I mean where else would you want to wear a belt? Around your neck like a pet dog or cat? My Dog Likes to Do Yoga

My dog likes to do yoga. I often will put on video tapes and I will do my yoga tape and she likes to be nearby me when I do my yoga.
